From Developer to CTO to Consultant
I've spent my career at the intersection of technology and business. Started as a developer, became a tech lead, then a CTO. Along the way, I've shipped products for banks, governments, healthcare systems, and dozens of startups.
I've seen what works and what doesn't. Most AI projects fail not because of technology, but because of poor architecture decisions, misaligned priorities, and teams that don't understand production constraints.
